When I found out that our friends Kurt and Jackie were planning a trip along Route 66 this year, it was bittersweet, as Wynn and Cathy had been planning to do this trip. They spent a couple days in Highland with us, and we experienced some local Route 66 sights along with them. I asked them if they would take my supply of red Jesus figures and give them out along the way.

They have done Wynn proud in the way they have shared the love of Jesus and Wynn’s memory throughout the “Route”. There are specifics along with pictures on the Wynn’s Prayer Warriors FB page.

Though I miss my big brother very much, the reminder of how much he loved and trusted Jesus in his life, and wanted to share this with whomever he could, brings happy tears to my eyes. See you in heaven, Wynn.
